Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | On-Site | 14-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate across a high-volume OR environment with an estimated 25 cases per day across multiple surgical specialties
• Circulate all orthopedic cases, including arthroscopies and total joints — strong orthopedic experience is essential
• Provide perioperative nursing care for a diverse patient population spanning pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Support surgical cases across general, gynecology, orthopedics, cystoscopy, ophthalmology, ENT, podiatry, and limited vascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures
• Participate in call coverage on both weekdays and weekends as required
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong orthopedic OR experience required — must be able to circulate arthroscopies and total joint cases
• BLS certification required
• Experience with Cerner or Epic electronic documentation systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Cerner documentation experience preferred
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, vascular, neuro, or thoracic
• First-time travelers with 2–3 years of OR experience will be considered
