Job Opportunity – Perioperative Registered Nurse (OR) – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Day/Evening rotating schedule, 40 hours per week. Combination of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts including four 10-hour shifts (4x10s), five 8-hour shifts (5x8s), or two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts (2x8s + 2x12s). Shift times range from 06:30 to 20:30. Call coverage as needed (typically 2-3 calls per 4-week schedule period). Weekend coverage required.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred
• Experience circulating and scrubbing in surgical procedures preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system required
• Proficiency (rated 3-4) in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, and robotic surgery preferred
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
