Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Georgia

Schedule: 8-week assignment blocks with rotating shifts; 2-3 weekend shifts per 8-week period; 7-8 call shifts per 8-week schedule including 1 weekend call and 2-3 weekday night call shifts; call shifts are either 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

  • Main OR experience across multiple specialties including General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal surgery
  • 16 operating rooms with an average daily census of 35 cases
  • Both circulating and scrubbing experience required – this is a hard requirement
  • Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication management; 2 DaVinci XI robotic systems onsite
  • First-time travelers accepted with a minimum of 1 year OR experience
  • Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO) per contract; RTO blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4-12)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Demonstrated competency in both circulating and scrubbing roles
  • Experience with adult to geriatric patient populations
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Full compliance documentation must be completed to ensure on-time start date
