Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Georgia

Schedule: 8-week rotating schedule with 2-3 weekends per period; Call requirements include 7-8 call shifts per 8-week schedule (1 weekend call, 1-2 weekend shifts, and 2-3 weekday night shifts); Call shifts are either 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

  • Main OR experience across multiple specialties including General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures
  • Diverse case mix with 16 operating rooms and average daily census of 35 cases
  • Epic EMR system with modern technology including 2 DaVinci XI robotic systems and Pyxis medication management
  • Must have both circulating and scrubbing experience - this is a mandatory requirement
  • First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of OR experience
  • Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract period; RTO blackout during Spring Break (April 4-12)

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
  • Demonstrated competency in both circulating and scrubbing roles (required)
  • Experience with adult to geriatric patient populations
  • Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Full compliance documentation must be completed by Tuesday prior to start date
  • All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission
