# Job Opportunity – Perioperative Nurse (OR Circulator/Scrub) – Georgia

Schedule: 8-week assignment with rotating schedule including 2-3 weekends per 8-week period, 7-8 call shifts per 8 weeks (including 1 weekend call and 2-3 weekday night calls), call shifts run either 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- High-volume Main OR with 16 operating rooms and average daily census of 35 cases
- Diverse surgical specialties including General, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures
- Advanced technology environment featuring 2 DaVinci XI Robots, Epic charting system, and Pyxis medication management
- Both circulating and scrubbing experience required for all cases
- First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of perioperative experience
- Up to 7 days of requested time off available (finalized at submission; blackout April 4-12)
Requirements:
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience with both circulating and scrubbing skills
- Proficiency in comprehensive surgical case types including orthopedic, neurological, vascular, and robotic-assisted procedures
- Experience with procedures such as total joint replacements, spinal fusions, craniotomies, laparoscopic cases, robotic surgeries, and vascular interventions
- Annual flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Full compliance documentation due Tuesday prior to start date; incomplete compliance results in 2-week delay
