The nurse will manage patients with various head and neck cancers. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The role involves patient and family education and support. The nurse will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Clinical trial participation and survivorship care are integral parts of the role. Pre- and post-operative surgical oncology care will also be required. Wound and drain management as well as patient exam support will be performed.
