TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Oncology RN in Beckley, West Virginia, 25801!

Job Opportunity – Infusion Registered Nurse – West Virginia

Start Date: October 28, 2026 (Orientation begins every other Thursday)

Location: West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, Days (0800-1630), 40 guaranteed hours per week, No call required, No floating required

Highlights:

  • Infusion Center setting with oncology focus, caring for adult and geriatric patients
  • Patient ratio of 1:4 with average daily census of 70 patients across 15 beds
  • Interdisciplinary support from Phlebotomy, Radiology, and Pharmacy teams
  • Cerner electronic medical record system
  • Consistent day shift schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements
  • First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years RN experience

Requirements:

  • Active West Virginia or Compact state RN license (pending license accepted for submission)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
  • Current BLS certification through American Heart Association required
  • Oncology Nursing Certification (ONS/ONCC) and Chemotherapy certification required
  • ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) certification preferred
  • Experience with infusion center, inpatient and/or outpatient oncology preferred
  • Strong skills in chemotherapy administration, port management, central line care, and IV therapy
  • Proficiency with Cerner documentation system required
  • Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
  • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (candidates 75-100 miles may be considered)
  • Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only with physician documentation)
  • Former permanent employees must wait 2 years before returning as a traveler
