PARKVIEW ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by 12%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate) - Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation Name of Position Requirements Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience Current Indiana RN license BLS (AHA only) NRP Does candidate require time off during assignment? If yes, please list in comments Is this candidate a 1099? General job duties and types of procedures required: Patient Care Equipment utilized in the unit/department: EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administration Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2+ years of Level 3 NICU experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: Current Indiana RN license, BLS and NRP required Shift or schedule requirements: Days or Nights, 36 hours per week. Traveler may float to (age appropriate) Peds/PICU. Bed Size: 31 beds, 1:1 or 1:2 ratio Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs Orientation will be Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tues week 2 - 8 hour days. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL 7 DAYS OF ORIENTATION.
