First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Santa Rosa, California (Sonoma County / Wine Country). Operating within a 12-bed Level III NICU at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital (a 277-bed acute care hospital), this position offers a structured 3x12 overnight schedule (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). First-time travelers are welcome to apply! Location Details: Assignment is located at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, 1165 Montgomery Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95405. ⏱️ Assignment Timeline: 13-week contract running from October 05, 2026, through January 04, 2027. Clinical Hard Stop: Candidate must be experienced and confident attending high-risk deliveries and performing neonatal resuscitation in the OR and L&D suites. Submittal Rules & Compliance: Active CA single-state RN license must be verified in hand at profile upload. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted upfront (Aya auto-approves <7 days). Must commit to working 3 of 5 major winter holidays if scheduled. Facility policy strictly excludes candidates with background or Nursys hits. Travel pairs are not accepted for this requisition.
