Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of submission
• NICU nursing experience required; mother-baby experience is a plus
• Current NRP, STABLE, and CPR certifications
• Comfortable caring for infants on CPAP and high-flow oxygen support
• Experience with IVs and occasional UVCs preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality neonatal nursing care in the NICU
• Monitor and manage infants requiring CPAP, high flow, IV therapy, and related interventions
• Assist with delivery room transitions and newborn stabilization as needed
• Support mother-baby care when NICU census is low or staffing needs require flexibility
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic charting system
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Deliver family-centered care while maintaining a calm, professional presence in a dynamic unit
