Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Neurology for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2525.20
Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• 12-hour day shifts, weekends only
• Primary unit is 6AB with expectation to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo as needed
• 32-bed unit with nurse to patient ratio of 4-5:1 on day shifts and 6:1 on night shifts
• Perform patient assessments, documentation, nursing tasks, and medication administration
• Utilize Epic EMR, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent med/surg nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds) required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Experience with neuro patients preferred but not required
• Travel experience including successful completion required
• Must be willing to float to all units and locations in Fargo as needed
• Active North Dakota or Compact RN license required (willing to obtain)
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• EPIC experience required
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
