Average Unit Census: 8 Beds per Unit. Staffing Guidelines: 1:2. Schedule: 3x12, every other weekend, variable shifts. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program.
