Pay: $2,984.00 per week

Shifts: Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel
  • Efficiently manage patients with EVD and multiple medication drips using Hemosphere Flotrac
  • Handle trauma patients with varying severities
  • Perform assessments using CAM, CPOT, and RASS
  • Provide care for patients undergoing hypothermia treatment
  • Manage pleurevac chest tube drainage efficiently
  • Utilize Allscript EMR proficiently
  • Adhere to strict isolation precautions and hygiene protocols
  • Follow SOPs and critical care practices of St. Barnabas Hospital
  • Operate PCA pumps effectively

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel
  • BSN or higher degree from an accredited nursing school
  • RN license to practice in New York State or by reciprocity
  • A minimum of 3 years of ICU experience (ICU experience is a plus)
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Experience with de-escalation certification is preferred
