Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / NICU

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Hold shift accountability for providing care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy and procedures
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity NICU setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced neonatal care environment
