Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (NICU) – Florida

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift

Highlights:

• Level 3-4 NICU experience required with expertise in ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and micro preemie care
• Patient population ranges from 23 weeks gestation to 4 months, with primary admissions from labor and delivery
• Participate in neonatal emergencies, high-risk deliveries, and C-sections providing immediate assessment and care
• Conditions treated include extreme prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, congenital anomalies, and seizures
• Bedside procedures include peripheral IV insertion, intubations, percutaneous catheter insertions, and parenteral therapy
• Advanced respiratory support including noninvasive nasal CPAP, mechanical ventilation, high frequency oscillation, and nitric oxide therapy

Requirements:

• Active and current Florida Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 3 years of NICU experience required
• Level 3-4 NICU experience with competency in ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and micro preemie care
• STABLE, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and BLS certifications required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility location
• Ability to start by October 5, 2026
