Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule: Every other weekend rotation; patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity; day shift includes 18 RNs plus charge nurse and support staff; night shift staffed similarly

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years of Level III (or higher) NICU experience required
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
  • Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized personality with strong clinical assessment skills
