**Job Description:**
- Are you a compassionate and skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse looking for your next adventure?

**Unit Highlights:**
- **Location:** Asheville, NC
- **Unit Type:** NICU
- **Number of Beds:** 51
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- **Schedule:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, every other weekend required
**Qualifications:**
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
- NRP certification required (Stable and NIC-RNC preferred)
- **Best Personality Fit:**
- Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for neonatal care
