Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide compassionate care to patients on a Med Surg unit
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and communicate changes to the team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred
