Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide direct patient care in the Med Surg unit.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of Med Surg experience required.
