    Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting within a Critical Access Hospital environment
    • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
    • Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
    • Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (must be current at time of submission)
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical and/or Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
    • Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed
    • Must maintain requested time off (RTO) to no more than 3–5 days for the assignment period
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital setting highly preferred
    • Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
