Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting within a Critical Access Hospital environment
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (must be current at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical and/or Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
- Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed
- Must maintain requested time off (RTO) to no more than 3–5 days for the assignment period
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Prior experience working in a Critical Access Hospital setting highly preferred
- Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
