Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Utilize the MEDHOST electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation and patient management
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and clinical best practices
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols; no call, no floating, and no 48-hour shifts required
- Wear required scrub color (Royal Blue) per facility dress code
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Medical Surgical experience required
- Immunization titers must be available at time of submission
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Familiarity with MEDHOST EMR system
