Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to a primarily medical patient population on an 18-bed unit
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6, delivering safe and effective care throughout each shift
- Perform and maintain IV therapy and PICC line management
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum of 18 months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Experience with IV insertion and PICC line care
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity Medical/Surgical environment
- Familiarity with managing higher patient ratios in a fast-paced acute care setting
