Travel LPN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | Nights | 13-Week Assignment | Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with unit-specific policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Travel contract experience or ability to meet travel assignment requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or high-volume hospital environment
- Familiarity with night shift workflows in a Medical Surgical unit
- Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
