Description:
Client has implemented a strict attendance policy to advocate for their patient population.
Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately.
The Medical Surgical Unit is a 60-bed unit with mixed acuity and patient populations, including post-surgical cases, diverse medical conditions, traumas, strokes, and inpatient hospice.
It is a challenging, fast-paced environment with great learning opportunities and exposure to a vast patient population.
Nursing on this unit is patient-centered and focused on patient safety and delivery of quality care for positive patient outcomes.
