Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a variety of medical surgical patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a patient-centered approach
- Perform clinical assessments and apply critical thinking in patient care
- Manage and monitor patient progress utilizing specialized EPIC charting
- Participate actively in unit-based safety and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- KS or Multistate nursing license with no restrictions
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year acute care medical/surgical experience
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Vaccination compliance as per healthcare regulations
