Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide high-level care and manage patients with both acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines
• Conduct wound care and post-operative monitoring
• Develop and implement discharge plans and patient education

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
