Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute or chronic diseases
- Manage a variety of medical and surgical cases, including post-operative and co-morbidities
- Perform clinical assessments, IV insertion, and wound care
- Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Facilitate discharge planning and patient education
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Current BLS certification
- BCR required (EKG competency exam required)
- 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
- Strong med-surg and clinical assessment skills
