Floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity is mandatory. The role may involve floating to different units as needed. Candidates must be comfortable with IV skills. Experience with electronic health records systems, specifically Epic, is required. Candidates should have interpretation and management skills for dysrhythmias. This position involves patient care for adults in a general medicine setting. Daily census is approximately 25 patients. Candidates must be responsive and cooperative with credentialing processes. Two professional references are required; one must be from a manager or director. Candidates must not currently be employed in the organization. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
