You will sharpen your clinical judgment and make a meaningful impact every shift. This assignment offers the opportunity to combine professional growth with unparalleled outdoor adventure. Whether you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing, or simply escaping crowded city life, this location provides the perfect backdrop for your next travel assignment. Enjoy a flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts, primarily focusing on adult medical-surgical patients with occasional pediatric patients. You may have the opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed and may be asked to act as a Preceptor. Gain valuable Critical Access Client experience with a broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care. As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and practice at the top of your license in an environment that values your clinical expertise and decision-making skills. Using the Nursing Process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while meeting the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients across the lifespan.
