Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Provide comprehensive patient care, including cardiac rhythm interpretation and wound care
- Manage non-titrating cardiac drips and central lines
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using EPIC
- Support department operations with charge nurse and CNA assistance
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
- Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and central line management
