Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Kansas City, MO. This position is within a dynamic environment at a Level 1 Trauma Center, demanding proficiency and adaptability in Orthopaedic and Trauma care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Deliver patient care for post-op knee, hip, and shoulder replacements
• Manage trauma patients and some neuro overflow
• Conduct bedside shift reports and hourly rounding to enhance patient experience
• Adjust to patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5
• Utilize the Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with a team including Unit Secretary and PCTs

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Orthopaedic experience
• Tele and NIH knowledge
