Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Independently manage a patient ratio of 5:1 in a rapid admission unit
- Facilitate clear communication with patients and surgical teams
- Admit and prepare surgical patients effectively
- Quickly adapt to patient turnover for efficient unit operation
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Active RN license with Nursys verification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg specialty
- Complete Work History/Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days
