Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Day Shift | Patient ratio 4:1 on days, 5:1 on nights | Med/Tele unit with 33 rooms, up to 49 patients

Highlights:

• Specialty medical floor focusing on surgical flap patients, including spinal cord injury patients with stage 4 wounds requiring surgical intervention
• Collaborative environment partnering with burn unit to provide care for low acuity burn patients
• Telemetry monitoring and wound care experience, including occasional bowel programs and light burn care
• EMR system: Meditech
• Team of 62 staff members with experienced charge nurses and dedicated patient care technicians

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Medical/Surgical experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with spinal cord injury patients preferred
• Active RN license in good standing
