Description: The position involves working in a medical intensive care unit. Common patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Most patients present with oncologic emergencies, respiratory issues, and sepsis. You will be responsible for administering complex medication regimens. Common procedures include mechanical ventilation and central line management. Experience with computerized charting in Epic is required. The role may require flexibility to work rotating shifts as per departmental needs. Candidates should have experience managing patients with multi-system organ dysfunction.
