    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29118!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

    Location

    Orangeburg, SC

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct bedside nursing care for Medical Surgical / Telemetry patients at a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry, including dysrhythmia identification, using bedside monitors with telemetry, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry capabilities
    • Float within scope of practice to other units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements
    • Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team in a newly developed unit environment
    • Work every other weekend as a non-negotiable scheduling requirement
    • Be prepared to participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license — must be in hand prior to start date
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
    • Demonstrated experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous experience in a community hospital setting
    • First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
