Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment starting on November 30th. This position is for a 12-hour night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the relevant medical personnel.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid nursing license and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
  • EPIC experience is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to float to different locations as needed.

Onboarding Requirements

  • Completion of a mandatory day-one pass/fail test during orientation (one attempt only).
  • Successful completion of Relias testing during onboarding with up to two attempts allowed to prepare for onsite evaluation.
