Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • 12-hour evening shifts, every other weekend

Qualifications

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Must have EPIC experience
  • BLS certification from AHA is required
  • Candidates must be open to floating to nearby locations as needed
  • Must have been separated from previous employment for at least 6 months and be in good standing

Training and Testing

  • A pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only)
  • 2 attempts to pass the required Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing
