Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to patient care and safety, as well as the flexibility to adapt to various situations.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention topics.
Float to various locations as necessary to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
Current EPIC certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA required.
Open to floating to different locations as needed.
Must be separated from previous employment for at least 6 months and in good standing.

Orientation and Testing

Upon arrival at orientation, a day one pass/fail test will be administered (one attempt only). Additionally, candidates will have two attempts to pass the Relias training during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to working 12-hour evening shifts every other weekend, specifically from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
