Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced float pool or telemetry role
• Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to Med/Surg Tele patients in a float pool setting
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Document accurately and efficiently in the Epic EMR system
• Adapt quickly to changing assignments, unit needs, and patient acuity
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong clinical judgment throughout the assignment
