• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shift Schedule: Days/Nights rotating, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
• Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS certification through AHA required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, interpret telemetry-related changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in Epic
• Support a collaborative float pool environment with flexibility and professionalism
• Deliver care during rotating day and night shifts, including scheduled weekends and holidays
