Job Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to pass a telemetry competency exam
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Experience in a fast-paced acute care or medical-surgical environment preferred
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Documented professional development activities preferred
• Must be prepared to complete ECG/telemetry and medication testing during onboarding
• Must be available for interview with submission

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients in a float pool setting
• Float to Med/Surg Tele floors, like units, and overflow areas as needed
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with nursing standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Adapt quickly to changing patient assignments and unit needs
• Provide compassionate care while supporting a positive patient experience
