Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Setting: 49-bed general medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients with acute conditions and multiple comorbidities
• Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts
• Special Notes: ECG/telemetry and medication testing required prior to acceptance

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Current telemetry experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience using EPIC EMR required
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to complete a one-time ECG/tele and medication exam with proctoring

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
• Administer medications and coordinate care for patients with complex comorbidities
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain efficient workflow while meeting unit standards and patient needs
