• Floating: Must be open to floating to a nearby affiliated facility as needed
• Schedule Notes: Winter staffing need; no holiday RTO

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry or acute care experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• Epic experience required
• Ability to pass onboarding testing, including a day-one assessment
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and comfort working in a float pool environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Adapt to varying patient needs and float assignments as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols
