Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.
MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN)

Scrubs will not be provided. The facility uses Cerner as its electronic medical record (EMR) system.
It is important to note that the facility has a strict attendance policy and will only tolerate 2-3 call-offs per contract.
