Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry environment. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour night shifts, from 1900 to 0730, with weekend and holiday rotations based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience within the last three years is required.
  • Must possess Epic experience.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or a compact RN license is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • Candidates must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the position.

This is a night shift position requiring dedication and flexibility. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient safety and comfort while providing exceptional nursing care.
