• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Start Date: 10/05/2026

• Call: None
• Float: May float to similar Med/Surg or IMC level-of-care units based on need and skill set

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience; 1-2 years preferred
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation of telemetry strips
• Experience caring for patients with tracheostomies
• IMC experience with ventilators is required for intermediate care assignments
• Current BLS certification
• Comfort working in a team-oriented, flexible, and patient-centered environment
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Interpret telemetry strips and escalate concerns as needed
• Provide care for patients with respiratory, medical, and post-surgical needs
• Manage and support patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and other common unit equipment as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in Epic and maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Float to other comparable units when needed, based on competency and unit demand
