Schedule: 12-hour shifts with day/night or night-only rotations based on departmental needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period. Weekend coverage is variable based on unit needs. Staffing ratios aim for 1:4, may adjust to 1:5 based on census.

- Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience in acute care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Experience with chemotherapy administration, IV therapy, blood product administration, and central line maintenance
- Epic charting system experience required
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy certification preferred
- Experience with specialized equipment including PCA pumps, epidurals, NG tubes, surgical drains, and tracheostomy care
