Must-Have:
Experience in MS/Tele, Telemetry, and Cardiac Telemetry
Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
Experience in telemetry monitoring and rapid response/code teams
Proficient in IV management, feeding tube care, and blood product administration
Knowledge of isolation precautions and wound care
Description:
This position involves caring for patients within the intermediate telemetry population.
Responsibilities include monitoring patients with cardiac arrhythmias, sepsis, infection, and altered mental status.
Management of patients recovering from cerebrovascular accidents and withdrawal symptoms is required.
Nurses will administer medications and treatments, including cardiac drips without titration and total joint replacements.
Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide interdisciplinary support.
Weekends are required, with an obligation of 4-6 shifts every 6 weeks.
Candidates should be comfortable floating within the service line to meet facility needs.
All required competencies must be met prior to the start date.
