Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Every other weekend and every other holiday required. No call.
Highlights:
- 27-bed specialized unit focused on nephrology, urology (surgical and non-surgical), benign hematology, and medical-surgical patients
- Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on night shift

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and intermediate care
- Skills required: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, monitoring chemotherapy, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
- Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
- Ability to float to different units within the organization as needed
