Position Highlights

• Flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Caring primarily for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric cases
• Potential opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed
• May act as a Preceptor for new staff
• Gain valuable experience in a critical access hospital
• Broad scope of practice, including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care that meets the diverse needs of patients at various stages of life. Your expertise and decision-making skills will be valued in providing safe and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Current RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
